Your belief is wrong: we've rewritten it completely! If you want to implement LikeBack, you should check it out in our SVN:
https://kmess.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/kmess/trunk/likeback
If you have any problems, contact us at kmess.org/board/, project@kmess.org, or #kmess on Freenode ;)

Now that I come to think of it, we've never explained how to install it nor published anything about it (or libISF-Qt, neither).. Time to remedy! :D

Are you using the KDE4 port of likeback (I believe the upstream website is http://basket.kde.org/likeback.php)? I would be interested in seeing this integrated in more applications (at least one of mine), so how well is KDE4 supported?

Hey Burke, I'm also a kmess developer and one of the people who usually respond to LikeBack comments. As in the original post by Valerio, there are 2500 comments on LikeBack now, the statistic page shows there are 1300 still open. When someone sends in a comment, we usually read it and reply immediately if it's serious and we're in the mood for it then. Also, we usually don't reply to old comments we close, because it's awkward to get a response for a comment you sent in three months ago, or longer...

Overall, we get so many likeback comments (20 a day is normal) that we can't just respond to each and every one. We may have missed yours; if you feel it's serious, send us an e-mail at bugs@. It's also not uncommon that people make typo's in their e-mail address - nothing we can do about that... :)

Take it easy, pal ;)

BTW: I get feedback when I report a bug in Kmess? I did, but I recieved no mail. I thought that wouldn't be unusual, since yopu respond only to urgend stuff.
